Extremely blissful and tranquil stay!

Staff were very accommodating, depending on the package you choose, everything you need is there. The rooms are exceptionally clean. Food for all types are catered for (not to mention that everything is Halaal). The facilities, including the beach is well maintained. The views are unbelievable and everywhere is safe in the resort. Heated pools were fantastic and dinning experience is beyond expectation.

With this been a very secluded resort, most of the entertainment is found in the resort itself and hardly would look elsewhere for entertainment. The Taxi fares are on the pricey side however if you going just to relax in one place where you have everything at your disposal then this place is well worth the stay! The resort is big, so to get from one end to the other does take up some time however they offer lifts every 10 minutes from various pickup and drop-off points in the resort.

Comfortable and fun.

The service was incredible, everyone went out of their way to make us feel welcome and comfortable, especially the restaurant staff. Chef Shokry and Chef Mahmoud took particular attention of dietary requirements, allergies and food preferences and every meal was amazing. Thank you!

The property is a huge resort, so if you’re looking for something intimate and small this is not it. There are hundreds of people at the pools, in the restaurants, at the beach etc.

Friendly staff and excellent service made it a great holiday!

The main thing that sets this above other hotels we have been to is the staff. They were all so friendly and went out of their way to help us. Special mention to Nasser by the pool, the staff on the beach and the head chef! The bedrooms also were very well cleaned and very spacious.

Jacuzzi in the room was unnecessary and whenever we tried to use it we ran out of hot water.

A beautiful resort with great food, lovely pools, large and immaculate rooms and great service.

The resort is beautiful and very well maintained, the staff in the restaurants and in general are wonderful and nothing is too much trouble. The rooms are cleaned daily and are immaculate. The food choice is extensive and excellent value on the all inclusive. Lots of pools to choose from.

The music from the family pool (with the slide) is far too loud so that if you are relaxing by the large central pools which were very quiet with hardly anyone there, your peace is disturbed by the booming of this nearby music. A couple of the front desk staff were less friendly particularly when requesting a later check out when the resort was not full.

The service was outstanding, staff were polite and went out of their way to make you feel welcome. Lots to do and the all inclusive package is well worth it!

The internet. I gave up and decided carrier pigeons would be a quicker form of communication with the outside world.

Location is marvelous : shark s bay !!! 10 points. Rooms very nice and clean.

I don’t like the crowd of Ucrains. Everything is made for them , nothing against them but when u hear all the time their language and their sign .. it s like to be in Ucraina and not in Egypt. Food is average , not big quality , but it’ s a buffet so u know what u expect . You get what u pay .

Perfect place for family with kids. First hotel in Egypt, where staff was not waiting for tips.

Booking.com wrongly calculated cost of property, despite we used to search properties by cost for 2 adults and three kids cost offered ONLY for adults, kids were not included into price calculations at all :( thus we had to pay 50% more...

The whole resort is perfect

The snack bar is extremely poor in variety and the worst thing i have faced in the resort the one called mohamed responsible of the taxi and shuttle bus he is a liar he told us to be ready at 10:45am to go to the air port and we waited till 11:20 and then the driver told us that he told him to come at 11:20 and we were about to lose our flight because of him also every time we asked him about the cost for going somewhere he keep of thinking like he does not know the cost and he just guess he is the worst thing in the resort

good location, great resort with fantastic staff

we spent 10 days there with the 5 of us (4 adults and one teen) very good resort & extremely well managed! big thanks and congrats to the front office manager Mr Tamer Fouad whom has been very accomodating staff is well trained and very helpful and no non sense (i.e working on solutions to satisfy the client) rooms are good , mattress and pillows on the hard side but acceptable nice animation team great variation of food and of good quality resort is very nice and well maintained nice swimming pools... we will definitely come back!

it was wonderful and like to go again

the stuff so friendly and polite, restaurant always clean and has welcoming environment, I booked a standard garden view room, when they knew I am having a honeymoon upgraded for a sea view room, animation team was so interesting, my overall staying was wonderful and there no need for me to go out of the resort every thing was there. a special thanks for Mr. Mohamed Sherif, front desk manager, He is a very welcoming and love to serve person, he was trying his best to make our staying as comfortable as possible.

some insects on the gardens not too much, there wasn't a warm pool, some food items taste need a little adjustment.

Absolute lovely, uncrowded Hotel! Very clean and with friendly staff.

Absolutely lovely place. Taking into account that the hotel was nearly completely occupied, it was little people in the hotel to see. It was quite (except taftaf), relaxed and just great! We totally enjoyed it. Crystal clear water. Much more transparent than in Ras Muhammad.

The inhous taxi-bus (Taftaf) is very loud and stinky and must be changed! We have the rooms with see view, and taftaf went beneath our windows waking us up during the night. (but we slept with opened windows). In such a modern hotel it has to be electric.

Clean, friendly staff, alot of bars and cafes, animation team was great,nice and very active and helpful, i liked the jacuzzi

Taftaff exhaust smell was awful but this is nothing concerning the overall wonderful vacation, beach was a bit crowded
